01. General Description & Applicability

• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

06. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on vip7 will be governed by the following rules:

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All games on vip7 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unalterable. Once a round is completed, there is no possibility of changing its result.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any bet or game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, server issue, or disconnection, vip7 may declare that bet void and the stake will be returned. However, no claim will be accepted on the basis of incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical issue.

6.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on various sporting events. Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be cancelled unless vip7 declares the event void for a specific reason. vip7 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet or market in line with its rules and terms.

6.4 Live Casino

The live casino section offers live dealer games from various providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In live games, the dealer's decision is final. If any hand or round is left incomplete due to a connection issue, the result recorded server-side will be accepted.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip7 platform. If any one of them occurs, the penalty of immediate account closure and fund forfeiture will apply:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting (collusion) or entering into agreements with others to obtain bonuses or meet wagering requirements.
